Act for progress, not perfection

Question is: what is it next? when you reached your goal. Then you are still need doing your routine and keeping your eyes on your “why?” This is a never ending story until you can do that on automatically in any situation. You are have to be charge in your life. If you are healthy lots of thing much easy or easier. You can do anything anytime if you still working on it. Arundel is a market town and civil parish in the South Downs of West Sussex in the south of England. How many times are you drinking water a day? Please don’t forget another liquid, cup of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, soup, soft dring, alcoholic drink. How big is your portion? At the moment you need finding out what are you doing. Nothing is wrong if you are take responsibility about your action, and the change does mean is you are making change with purpose and everything is under your controll. Are you doing any physical excersice? How many times per week and how long is one session, please don’t over doing. You are need enough sleep.

We can control our actions, we couldn’t control their consequence and both our responsibility. Your weight affect your quality of your life. Maintain your health while controlling your weight! a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Less than a week until Christmas, I hope everything is fine in your plan, just doing easy. Before or after last minute you can doing anything for your “perfect” Christmas. Christmas celebrating about we spend time together with our family and/or friends. Try focus on what you want and check what are you done it and what is it your next step. We can’t stop the time, and we have to accept that. “perfect” Christmas meaning for me, everyone relaxed and happy spend time together without any stress. That’s time a year can be more emotional, my suggestions: please don’t try to be perfect, and try switch of your online gadget and yourself put offline. Christmas time round more food and drink everywhere than usual and this is OK, just don’t feel guilty, try enjoying your life / yourself / time/ food / drink.
