Stop complaining

You are can change your life, don’t blame yourself and stop complaining. Can be realistic, you had a strong and weak side, you need to know what are you doing and why. Money is essential for your life, paying your living expenses. Think about when you plan your holiday, need an accommodation, transport, food and spending money. You need a roof over your head, you have to eat food, need some clothes, paying your transport, look after your health, paying tax – TV license and enjoying your free time with your family/friends; unfortunately most people forget to treat themselves. My opinion everyone can find the balance between personal and professional life, if need to choose something just not right, that’s about your relationship with your work/family, your work and your family is your choice with all your own responsibilities – I’m not talking about your parents/siblings (but you can change that relationship too, yes I know that’s longer) What’s your relationship with the/your money, stop complaining because… you can change your focus

It is a fabulous

Ginger need to peel it, sliced. Lemon organic? Unwaxed?, sliced, layered with ginger in the jar, filled up with your favourite honey, I prefer local honey. Then need your patience, after 2 weeks you can use on pancakes, I like to drink it, put in my tea and after I eaten except lemon skin. Always keep in fridge – perfect homemade gift.

Healty Habits

Healthy habits can be in your daily routine, if not yet you can help yourself. You can change your any habits if you want to and when you are readyd- this is a good news, bad news is you need to know which habits your want to change and this is take a time, because we are usual just couldn’t realize which habits doesn’t support anymore. 1st you need to know what you want and why do you want to do that? 2nd you need take an action/s reaching that. Sometimes need change your daily routine, your lifestyles, need think about your box = comfortzone. Need support for you, because that’s make more quicker and easier on your way, sometimes family members and/or friends doesn’t understand your why and worried about the change. Hedgehog in the garden

2 weeks ago 3 hedgehogs turned up in our garden, now we feeding them regularly, since them at the time just one coming for food. Hedgehog food is chopped peanuts, sunflower hearts and mealworm mix, peanuts and sunflower hearts I chopped in the food processor, mealworm I put in the freezer bag with and crashed with rolling pin.

Just relax

After started change your lifestyles you need to be consistent and positively motivated towards achieving your goal. Just be relax! Be consistent on your action, use food diary, what – when – why are you eating-drinking? Which emotional attach with your action, how are you feel after your meal/snack, drink? How many times are you drinking water a day? Please don’t forget another liquid, cup of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, soup, soft dring, alcoholic drink. How big is your portion? At the moment you need finding out what are you doing. Nothing is wrong if you are take responsibility about your action, and the change does mean is you are making change with purpose and everything is under your controll. Are you doing any physical excersice? How many times per week and how long is one session, please don’t over doing. You are need enough sleep.

We can control our actions, we couldn’t control their consequence and both our responsibility. Your weight affect your quality of your life. Maintain your health while controlling your weight!
