2 weeks ago 3 hedgehogs turned up in our garden, now we feeding them regularly, since them at the time just one coming for food. At the moment you need finding out what are you doing. Nothing is wrong if you are take responsibility about your action, and the change does mean is you are making change with purpose and everything is under your controll. Healthy Eating Habits Don’t skip breakfast! Eat 4-5 small portions including shakes and snacks throughout the day. Drink 6-8 glasses of water each day to keep your body hydrated. Include 6-8 servings of fresh vegetables and fruits each day. Reduce the amounts of bread, pasta, rice, potatoes you eat. Avoid foods with sugar, white flour, extra salt and saturated fat – mostly prepacked, processed meals. Pick fibre-rich wholegrain foods instead and eat oily fish sometimes – salmon, mackerel, sardines etc. Choose high quality meat and poultry. Eat earlier than late in the evening and don’t rush it

Between Christmas and New Year celebrating our choices is can be easy and/or difficult. How are you celebrating? I talk about your feeling, lifestyle and something else … Celebrating time we can consume more than necessary, because celebrating good feeling and then ce can’t/couldn’t/won’t control our life. Think about before / after what you doing, this is about yourself and your family or anybody else?
Celebrating meaning is spending time together without guilt and any bad emotional enjoying our time together. This time a year we can spend more money what we having or plan it, and can be problems is we can afford it what we consume. Before or after last minute you can doing anything for your “perfect” Christmas. Christmas celebrating about we spend time together with our family and/or friends. Try focus on what you want and check what are you done it and what is it your next step. We can’t stop the time, and we have to accept that. “perfect” Christmas meaning for me, everyone relaxed and happy spend time together without any stress. That’s time a year can be more emotional, my suggestions: please don’t try to be perfect, and try switch of your online gadget and yourself put offline. Christmas time round more food and drink everywhere than usual and this is OK, just don’t feel guilty, try enjoying your life / yourself / time/ food / drink.
