Sometimes need change your daily routine, your lifestyles, need think about your box = comfortzone. Need support for you, because that’s make more quicker and easier on your way, sometimes family members and/or friends doesn’t understand your why and worried about the change. Why When WhatSometimes need a change, sometimes have to change and a first question how? = this is doesn’t help if you don’t know what are you doing, because most the time we are doing on autopilot. Hedgehog in the garden

2 weeks ago 3 hedgehogs turned up in our garden, now we feeding them regularly, since them at the time just one coming for food. Hedgehog food is chopped peanuts, sunflower hearts and mealworm mix, peanuts and sunflower hearts I chopped in the food processor, mealworm I put in the freezer bag with and crashed with rolling pin.

Question is: what is it next? when you reached your goal. Then you are still need doing your routine and keeping your eyes on your “why?” This is a never ending story until you can do that on automatically in any situation. You are have to be charge in your life. If you are healthy lots of thing much easy or easier. You can do anything anytime if you still working on it. When you are reached your perfect weight you learned lots of new thing helping there – that was a 1st part and shorter. 2nd part little bit longer, never ending story 😦  this is an easier part because you are learned how eat healthily, which exercise best for you and now everyone take notice you are changed. I hope your family/friends realized and accept your change and happy with that, maybe they are want doing with you in the future, anything is possible.
