Body image

When you were born, you got a body, whether you like it or not. Doesn’t matter your size, weight, looking if you are healthy and accept yourself with love and responsibility. Fortunately we are all different and I know this is very hard accepting our looking, when you accept yourself how you are everything helping find your perfect way. You’re unique and that’s meaning you know yourself better than someone else, better than your parents, your friends. Everything about you connecting with you. Focus on what you have and be happy and grateful with that. Perfect weight is difficult, because I’m not sure what I thought perfect weight for me = my healthy weight.  How do you speak of yourself? Your language supportive or something difference? Self-talking is OK and can be helpful. Which way speak about your body, how labels different parts of your body? If you hate the body you have, the less likely you are to be able to change it.

Just respect and be kind your body, example: maybe I’m not love my body right now, maybe I don’t like it particularly, but I’m willing to look after it properly, treat it with comparison and live in it.

Diet isn’t working? You can change your lifestyle, yes, I know, it’s complicated and often leave out about us, sometimes our time run out. Lots of goals isn’t realistic and someone else is goals.

When? When are you take your next step??? This is a hardest question to me, because when I thought I am ready – sometimes goes different direction, when is everything ready everything goes on right direction – I couldn’t control perfectly timing 😦
What? What are you doing??? This is none of your business 🙂 because not sure I know what I am doing or I have a personal reason and I am protect myself. I am talking about my reason who is support me = that meaning does who is don’t care about I achieve my target or not, just support me without any negative thoughts or comment.

??how?? Please don’t ask me, because when I decide what I am want and I take action – then I am on autopilot system, I forgot everything, why?? when?? what?? and a bonus HOW? Fortunately just happening.

Morning, midday, afternoon, evening, night time? When are you eat the food you just pay attention to family, friends, or when you watch at TV or reading a newspaper, or focus on your meal?

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack … Are you eat same time each day or when it comes to your mind would eat something, or when already ill or weak from hunger
Are you eat meat, potato, rice, fruit, vegetables, sandwich, chocolate … ?

Are you drink enough water or something else a day?
Do you drink enough water? How do you keep track of how much you’re drinking?  What do you see in the mirror? Do you happy with that picture or you’re frustrated?

Your body image is mental picture of your body. It is important how you’re feel about your body and what see in the mirror.

 Our culture and time in which we live determines not only how we appear but also how we except to appear. If your feel that don’t fit the “normal” body image we generally try to change it. However, what is seen as normal?

Can I ask you what is it your inner talk about your body image, your like yourself in the mirror? Do you look after your body? How you talk about your body image with your friends, family, your partner? Everyone accept yourself? or someone just take a notice what is it not good enough for him/her with your body image?

I think more important you understand you can change your thoughts about your body image, when you think positive about your body, your feeling more better, you have positive body image. spend time with people who are feel good about themselves. Put a smile on your face and help you feel good about yourself.

Be good to your body, stepping outside your comfort zone is a great way to grow.

 Find the real you, be proud of yourself. When you change your attitude for positive attitude, everything change around you, because a positive attitude is contagious, you’ll feel good and people want to be near you. Learn from your actions – both good and bad, give knowledge you gain to make positive decisions in your life.

Find your humour, when you can see humorous side of your situation, you’ll be less stressed and better handle your situations.

If someone start criticize, ignore them or ask back what is it your problem with your body image or your weight? I happy in my life 🙂  please respect my choose.

You can change your thoughts, accepting your shape and size, accept genetics, understand you emotions, avoid the unrealistic standards of beauty and thinness.

Your body is perfect just the way it is, your confidence in yourself as a person, not a size. Spend your time with more positive, satisfying pursuits. Let your inner beauty and individuality shine. Think back to a time in your life when you liked and enjoyed your body, be your body’s ally and advocate. Beauty it is a reflection of your whole self, love and enjoy the person inside.
