Keep cool

Summer time with summer weather in England 🙂 Met Office forecasters heat warning 33’C with soaring humidity end by week close to 38’C. Heatwaves can be dangerous especially for the very young, very old with cronic disease. Take care extra care for yourself, drink lots of cold drinks – water if possible.

keep cool

some idea: – keep out of the sun from 11am to 3pm, – wear ultra-violet protective sunglasses, drink plenty of water, prevent dehydration, – wear light, loose cotton clothes, – keep the heat out the sunniest part of the day from you home and vehicle, – look after young children and babies, older people and those with serious illness, – never leaved anyone in closed, parked vehicle, young children and animals, – apply suncream of at least Factor 15 with UV protection
