… before you are exhausted. When you are working hard and focus on your goal, you can be forgot giving time to yourself. And sometimes too late realize need a break, then you don’t know how long your break. If this is happened take a rest and keeping your eyes on your goal with slower speed until yourself is strong enough for using your full power. Health is everything and your feeling, energy level, mood is effect your health and people round you.
