We can make mistakes, because nobody’s perfect – that’s meaning when you are realized your mistake put yourself back on the right direction. Don’t punish yourself and giving up not in option because you are know your why? Why are you want – what do you want? Example: sometimes I forgot eat or drink, OK more often than sometimes, I try planning my day – this is not difficult, most the time everything fine, when I realizing my mistake, I eat or drink with control.
