Managing a busy lifestyle, healthily daily challenges. Today lifestyle extremely busy with activities from dawn to dusk. Stressful circumstances place added strains on the body, can be with lots of consequences we couldn’t see advance. Time is what clocks measure. Time is what keeps everything from happening at once. Sometimes need magic or/and miracle finding our personal time. Use your diary for that. Need planning “your personal time” – do it what you like, about 30 minutes or more/less without any distractions per day – yes I know this usually just dream, anyway try planning your personal time once a week = this is good start. Just keep practising for that, and you can feel the difference 🙂
