Fortunately everyone different 🙂 and everyone have a different lifestyle and eating habits. I have to eat “regularly” I can’t do anything without my coffee and breakfast, this is not about timing – just I know myself. I know someone can’t eat breakfast and happy and healthy. Please find what is it need for you, when and why are you eating and which emotional attached with your eating habits.
