 We are have to eat for life, our life is busy sometime we are just forgot eating, when we are not eating right, that’s can make a problem with weight. Healthy eating plan have 3 meals and 2-3 snack per day. Weight management isn’t just about losing, gaining or maintaining weight. Weight Control is achieved with a calorie-controlled eating plan, which includes, amongst other things, a balanced diet, regular exercise, an adequate daily fluid intake, nutritional supplementation where required and appropriate rest.
